DIRECTIONS DE LA CASA WHAT IS NEEDED OLIVE OIL 2 TBSP WATER 2 CUPS WHAT IS INCLUDED RICE POUCH SPICE MIX STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS 1. ADD 2 TBSP OIL TO POT OR CALDERO AT MEDIUM HEAT. 2. ADD SPICE MIX. STIR BRIEFLY IN OIL TO BLOOM THE FLAVOR. 3. ADD RICE and BEANS. STIR BRIEFLY TO COMBINE. 4. ADD 2 CUPS WATER OR BROTH and BRING MIXTURE TO A BOIL. 5. COVER POT. LOWER HEAT and MAINTAIN A SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL ALL WATER IS ABSORBED. STIR ONCE AFTER 7 MINUTES HAVE PASSED. 6. TURN OFF HEAT, FLUFF RICE, COVER FOR 3 MINUTES, THEN SERVE.
