Ingredients: Whole Grain Oat Blend (Oat Flakes, Oats), Diced Almonds, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Natural Flavors, Chia Seeds, Nonfat Milk Powder, Natural Vanilla Flavor, Cinnamon, Salt.
Directions
Add milk, refrigerate & enjoy. Preparation Instructions: Place oats in a lidded container. Add 1/3 – 1/2 cup milk of your choice, stir, cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Stir again before serving. Optional: Stir in 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt of your choice before refrigeration overnight. Enjoy!
