Ingredients: Whole Grain Oat Blend (Oat Flakes, Oats), Natural Flavors, Sugar, Dried Blueberries (Blueberries, Cane Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Chia Seeds, Dried Blueberries, Nonfat Milk Powder, Cream Powder (Cream, Nonfat Dry Milk), Salt.
Directions
Add milk, refrigerate & enjoy. Preparation Instructions: Place oats in a lidded container. Add 1/3 – 1/2 cup milk of your choice, stir, cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Stir again before serving. Optional: Stir in 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt of your choice before refrigeration overnight. Enjoy!
