Safe Handling Instructions: Some raw products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. Keep frozen. Thaw in refrigerator. Keep raw products separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw products. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers or discard.
Storage & Prep: Keep frozen. If cooking from thawed, there patties in the refrigerator Overnight in a single layer, covered. Cook within 3 days of thaving. Cook thoroughly before serving. Cook Method: Thawed patties (Recommended) Non-Stick Pan/Skillet: Preheat pan to medium-high heat and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Grill: Preheat gas grill to medium-high heat. Place patties on grill and cover, cooking for about 4 minutes per side. Frozen Patties: Non-stick Pan/Skillet: Preheat pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface and cook frozen patties for about 8 to 9 minutes per side. Grill: Preheat gas grill to medium heat and lightly brush with oil. Place frozen patties on grill and cover, cooking for about 9 to 10 minutes per side for even charring, recommend flipping the patties every 2 minutes. Do not overcook. Edge and interior of the patty may still be red or pink fully cooked. Adjust time depending on equipment and cook conditions. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Not recommended microwaving, boiling, deep frying, or air frying.
Perishable: Keep frozen.
