CONVENTIONAL OVEN: REMOVE BURRITO FROM WRAPPER. THAW BY COVERING WITH A MICROWAVE-SAFE PLATE AND MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 1 MINUTE. PLACE ON A SPRAY-COATED BAKING SHEET AND COOK AT 375 F UNTIL INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES 165 F, APPROXIMATELY 12 MINUTES. FLIP HALFWAY THROUGH COOKING. MICROWAVE OVEN (1000 WATT): REMOVE BURRITO FROM WRAPPER. PLACE ON A MICROWAVE-SAFE PLATE AND COVER WITH A MICROWAVE-SAFE PLATE OR LID. COOK UNTIL INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES 165 F, APPROXIMATELY 55 SECONDS PER SIDE. MICROWAVE OVENS VARY; COOKING TIMES MAY NEED ADJUSTING.
