Directions
Cooking Instructions:GRILL: Preheat grill on high. Remove lid and squeeze lemon over the contents of the pan. Place salmon on grates and allow to caramelize until evenly browned. Lightly oil vegetables and season to taste. Grill vegetables until charred on both sides.OVEN: Preheat oven to 425F. Remove lid, squeeze lemon over the contents of the pan. Lightly oil and season the vegetables to taste. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until desired internal temperature is reached. Remove salmon and continue to roast vegetables for and additional 10-12 minutesContents are RAW. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 F.
