COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: PLACE RACK 6 INCHES AWAY FROM BROIL HEATING ELEMENT. PREHEAT TO 400 F. PLACE FROZEN FILLETS IN A SINGLE LAYER ON A SHALLOW, FOIL-LINED BAKING PAN. BAKE FOR 17-19 MINUTES. TURN BROILER ON HIGH AND BROIL 2-3 MINUTES. CONVECTION OVEN: PLACE RACK 6 INCHES AWAY FROM BROIL HEATING ELEMENT. PREHEAT TO 375 F. PLACE FROZEN FILLETS IN A SINGLE LAYER ON A SHALLOW, FOIL-LINED BAKING PAN. BAKE FOR 15-17 MINUTES. TURN BROILER ON HIGH AND BROIL 2-3 MINUTES. AIR FRYER: PREHEAT AIR FRYER TO 375 F FOR 1 MINUTE. PLACE FISH IN A SINGLE LAYER IN THE AIR FRYER. AIR FRY FOR 10 TO 13 MINUTES. LET STAND FOR 2 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. NOTE: COOKING TIMES WILL VARY BY AIR FRYER MODEL AND WATTAGE.
