COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: SKILLET (PREFERRED COOKING METHOD): PREHEAT SKILLET ON MEDIUM/HIGH HEAT. PLACE FROZEN FILLETS IN A SINGLE LAYER INTO SKILLET AND COOK FOR 10-11 MINUTES, TURNING OVER HALFWAY THROUGH COOKING. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: PLACE RACK 6 INCHES AWAY FROM BROIL HEATING ELEMENT. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 F. PLACE FROZEN FILLETS IN A SINGLE LAYER ON A SHALLOW, FOIL-LINED BAKING PAN. BAKE FOR 18-20 MINUTES. FLIP HALFWAY. TURN BROILER ON HIGH AND BROIL 2-3 MINUTES. AIR FRYER: PREHEAT AIR FRYER TO 375 F FOR 1 MINUTE. PLACE FISH IN A SINGLE LAYER IN THE AIR FRYER. AIR FRY FOR 10-13 MINUTES. LET STAND FOR 2 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. NOTE: COOKING TIMES WILL VARY BY AIR FRYER MODEL AND WATTAGE. RECOMMENDED COOKING TIMES ARE BASED ON A 1550-WATT AIR FRYER. THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE ONLY A GUIDELINE.
