Directions
HOW TO COOK PREFERRED COOKING SKILLET/GRILL LIGHTLY OIL A NON-STICK PAN OR GRILL AND PREHEAT TO MEDIUM-HIGH. COOK EACH PATTY FOR 4 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE UNTIL BROWNED AND EDGES ARE CRISPY. IF COOKING FROM FROZEN, ADD 2-3 MINUTES TO THE COOK TIME FOR EACH SIDE. COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165 F. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ALLOW TO REST FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
