Directions
PANCAKES 1 CUP BOBS RED MILL HOMESTYLE BUTTERMILK PANCAKE and WAFFLE MIX 1/2 CUP WATER (FOR THINNER PANCAKES, INCREASE BY 1 TBSP) WHISK TOGETHER MIX AND WATER UNTIL MOSTLY SMOOTH. DO NOT OVERMIX. SOME LUMPS SHOULD REMAIN. PREHEAT SKILLET TO MEDIUM HEAT, ABOUT 325 F. LIGHTLY OIL HOT GRIDDLE. POUR SCANT 1/4-CUP PORTIONS OF BATTER AND COOK UNTIL BUBBLES BEGIN TO FORM ON THE TOP, ABOUT 2 MINUTES. FLIP AND COOK ANOTHER 1-2 MINUTES, UNTIL DONE. SERVE HOT. MAKES 8-10 MEDIUM PANCAKES., WAFFLES 1 CUP BOBS RED MILL HOMESTYLE BUTTERMILK PANCAKE and WAFFLE MIX CUP WATER 2 TBSP OIL PREHEAT WAFFLE IRON ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS, OR TO MEDIUM HEAT FOR 10 MINUTES.
