Est. Brooklyn 2008. Surprisingly made using no honey at all, honeycomb is a crunchy, chewy caramel candy. We make ours in-house, break it into chunks and fold it into our sweet cream base. The honeycomb remains crispy on the inside, chewy on the outside and bleeds micro-ribbons of caramel throughout the ice cream. An Australian classic and new American favorite. Our Story: We began in the spring of 2008 out of a scoop truck in Brooklyn, New York. Our ice cream is made in small batches with fresh milk and cream, pure cane sugar and egg yolks.
