INGREDIENTS 5-6 PANCAKES 3/4 CUP MIX CUP WATER 24-26 PANCAKES WHOLE BAG 2 CUPS WATER TIP: FOR THICKER PANCAKES, USE SLIGHTLY LESS WATER; FOR THINNER PANCAKES USE SLIGHTLY MORE WATER. 1 MIX YOUR INGREDIENTS UNTIL COMBINED. LET PREPARED BATTER SIT FOR 2 MINUTES. 2 HEAT YOUR PAN OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT OR TURN YOUR ELECTRIC GRIDDLE TO 375 F. 3 LIGHTLY OIL THE PAN OR GRIDDLE. 4 POUR OR SCOOP 1/4 CUP OF BATTER FOR EACH PANCAKE ONTO YOUR HOT PAN OR GRIDDLE. 5 COOK 2 1/2 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL PANCAKES ARE GOLDEN BROWN.,WANT WAFFLES MIX 3/4 CUP OF MIX, CUP OF WATER, AND 1 TBSP OF OIL. MIX UNTIL COMBINED AND LET BATTER REST FOR 2 MINUTES. HEAT UP WAFFLE IRON, COAT WITH NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY. COOK ACCORDING TO THE WAFFLE IRON INSTRUCTIONS OR UNTIL WAFFLES ARE GOLDEN BROWN.
