Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, for daily maintece: Adults and children over 12 years old take (5ml) 1 teaspoon daily with 8oz of water 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Product may be prepared as a tea by adding to hot or cold water. Shake well before use.

This product contains honey, refrigeration is not required. Keep tightly sealed in a cool, dry place.
