Ingredients: Coconut Cream (Coconut Extract, Water) Virgin Coconut Oil, Coconut Sugar, Guar Gum
Directions
Level of Difficulty: Simple. Preparation Time: 10 minutes. Refrigerate overnight OR freeze for 5 hours. 1. Scoop the coconut cream of the can into a medium site mixing bowl. 2. Using a hand mixer, whip at maximum speed for 3 minutes. 3. Enjoy the coconut whipping cream in your favorite way, PS: As with pure coconut cream, it is natural for separation to occur. Please use the entire contents of the can without discarding the water. This cream will whip up perfectly. My high coconut milk content may cause a natural separation. If that’s the case, simply use a spoon to stir me. After opening, keep refrigerated in a closed container for up to 3 days. Refrigerate overnight of freeze for 5 hours.
