WHAT YOULL NEED: EGGS WATER OR MILK OIL PANCAKES (4″) HOW MANY 6 MIX 3/4 CUPS EGGS 1 WATER OR MILK 1 1/2 TBSP OIL 1 TBSP HOW MANY 12 MIX 1 1/2 CUPS EGGS 2 WATER OR MILK 3 TBSP OIL 2 TBSP HOW MANY 20 MIX FULL BOX EGGS 4 WATER OR MILK 1/3 CUP OIL 3 TBSP WHISK EGGS, WATER OR MILK, AND OIL IN A LARGE BOWL. ADD MIX AND WHISK UNTIL WELL BLENDED. HEAT LIGHTLY OILED GRIDDLE OR SKILLET ON MEDIUM HEAT. POUR BATTER ONTO GRIDDLE USING 2 TBSP. BATTER FOR EACH PANCAKE. COOK UNTIL EDGES ARE DRY, TURN AND BROWN OTHER SIDE.
