CINNAMON SWIRL COFFEE CAKE CUP MILK OF CHOICE 1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER OR OIL 2 EGGS 1 PACKAGE BOBS RED MILL CINNAMON SWIRL COFFEE CAKE MIX 1 CINNAMON SUGAR TOPPING PACKET (INCLUDED) PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F. BUTTER OR OIL AN 8-INCH SQUARE BAKING PAN. WHISK TOGETHER MILK OF CHOICE, MELTED BUTTER OR OIL, AND EGGS. ADD CAKE MIX AND STIR UNTIL COMBINED. POUR HALF THE BATTER INTO PREPARED BAKING PAN. TOP WITH HALF THE CINNAMON SUGAR TOPPING, SPRINKLED IN AN EVEN LAYER. SPOON REMAINING BATTER ON TOP AND SPREAD WITH A SPATULA OR SPOON. SPRINKLE THE REMAINING CINNAMON SUGAR TOPPING OVER THE TOP. GENTLY INSERT A BUTTER KNIFE HALFWAY INTO THE BATTER AND SWIRL IN A REPEATING TIGHT SPIRAL PATTERN ACROSS THE WHOLE SURFACE. YOU SHOULD HAVE SWIRLS OF CINNAMON SUGAR TOPPING PARTIALLY SUBMERGED INTO THE BATTER ACROSS THE ENTIRE SURFACE.
