Ingredients: Organic Rice Flour, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Tapioca Flour, Organic Millet Flour, Organic Inulin, Xanthan Gum.
Directions
Yields 36-48 cookies. 1 1/3 cup arrowhead mills gluten free all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt (optional), 1/2 cup + 6 tbsp butter, softened, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 2 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 cups oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked), 1 cup raisins. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, baking soda, Cinnamon and salt. Separately cream together butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour mixture. Continue mixing until well blended. Add oats and raisins and continue mixing until uniformly distributed. Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutest (Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted). or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 minute before moving cookies to a wire cooling rack._x005f_x000D_
