Directions
CONVENTIONAL OVEN – PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 F. – PLACE FROZEN MOZZARELLA STICKS (DO NOT THAW) 1/2 INCH APART ON BAKING TRAY, PARCHMENT PAPER, OR FOIL. – COOK FOR 10-12 MINUTES, ROTATING HALFWAY THROUGH, UNTIL CRISP and GOLDEN BROWN. LET STAND FOR 1 MINUTE BEFORE SERVING. AIR FRYER – PREHEAT AIR FRYER TO 400 F. – PLACE FROZEN MOZZARELLA STICKS (DO NOT THAW) 1/2 INCH APART IN AIR FRYER. – COOK FOR 5-7 MINUTES UNTIL CRISP and GOLDEN BROWN. DEEP FRYER – PREHEAT CANOLA OR VEGETABLE OIL TO 350 F. – FRY FOR 2-2.5 MINUTES UNTIL FULLY MELTED THROUGH. – DRAIN ON A TOWEL OR WIRE RACK.
