Directions
WHAT YOU NEED 6 CUPS WATER 1 TBSP UNSALTED BUTTER 4 TBSP 2% REDUCED FAT MILK USE YOUR FAVORITE MILK AND BUTTER. WE PREFER GOAT OR NON-DAIRY. DIRECTIONS BOIL 6 CUPS WATER IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN. ADD FUNNY FARM PASTA AND STIR IMMEDIATELY. COOK TO DESIRED FIRMNESS, ABOUT 8-9 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. DRAIN PASTA IN COLANDER. DO NOT RINSE. RETURN PASTA TO PAN. ADD CHEESE BLEND, BUTTER, AND MILK. MIX GENTLY UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY.
