Ingredients: Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Spices, Yeast Extract, Rice Concentrate, Sunflower Oil, Natural Flavor.
Directions
[1] HEAT 2 TBSP OIL IN DUTCH OVEN AND SEAR 2.5 LB OF POT ROAST, 5 MINUTES PER SIDE. [2] PREHEAT OVEN TO 275 F. CHOP 4 CUPS VEGETABLES AND TOSS WITH 2 TBSP FLOUR TO COAT. [3] ADD VEGETABLES, KINDERS SEASONING, 2 CUPS BEEF STOCK (OR WATER) AND 1 TBSP TOMATO PASTE TO DUTCH OVEN. [4] COOK IN OVEN FOR 2.5 HOURS AND REST 15 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
