COOKING INSTRUCTIONS STEAMED BRING WATER TO A ROLLING BOIL. LINE STEAMER WITH PARCHMENT PAPER OR A PIECE OF CABBAGE. PLACE DUMPLINGS ON STEAMER, COVER, AND STEAM FOR 12 MINS. BOILED BRING WATER TO A ROLLING BOIL. ADD DUMPLINGS TO WATER AND BOIL FOR 8 MINS., TILL DUMPLINGS BOB TO THE TOP. PAN-FRIED 1. HEAT PAN OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, ADD 2 TBSP OIL, PLACE DUMPLINGS IN PAN. 2. ADD ENOUGH WATER TO JUST COVER BOTTOM OF PAN, COVER, AND COOK FOR 5 MINS. 3. REMOVE COVER AND KEEP COOKING TILL WATER EVAPORATES AND BOTTOMS ARE BROWN, ABOUT 5 MINS. AIR-FRIED 1. PREHEAT AIR FRYER TO 350F. 2. PLACE DUMPLINGS IN AIR FRYER, WITH SPACE BETWEEN, AND SPRAY OR COAT WITH OIL. 3. COOK FOR 5 MINS., THEN TURN AND SPRAY OR COAT OTHER SIDE WITH OIL. 4. COOK FOR ANOTHER 5 MINS.
