COOKING INSTRUCTIONS MICROWAVE KEEP TRAY IN FILM. POKE 4-5 HOLES IN FILM AND PLACE IN MICROWAVE. MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 2 MINUTES (1,100 W) OR UNTIL THE DUMPLINGS ARE COOKED THOROUGHLY. LET SIT FOR 1 MINUTE TO COOL DOWN. REMOVE FILM AND ENJOY STEAM BRING WATER TO A ROLLING BOIL. LINE STEAMER WITH PARCHMENT PAPER WITH HOLES OR A PIECE OF CABBAGE. PLACE DUMPLINGS IN STEAMER, COVER, AND STEAM FOR 10 MINUTES. PAN FRY HEAT PAN OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, ADD 2 TBSP OIL, PLACE DUMPLINGS IN PAN. ADD ENOUGH WATER TO JUST BARELY COVER BOTTOM OF PAN, COVER, AND COOK FOR 4 MINS. REMOVE COVER AND KEEP COOKING TILL WATER EVAPORATES AND BOTTOMS ARE BROWN, ABOUT 4 MINS.
