Ingredients: Organic Mushroom Blend (Organic Chaga, Reishi, Lions Mane And Cordyceps Mushrooms And Mycelium Cultured On Organic Oats And/Or Organic Sorghum), Organic Cacao, Organic Spice Blend (Organic Cinnamon, Organic Turmeric, Organic Ginger, Organic Cardamom, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Nutmeg, Organic Cloves), Organic Black Tea Powder, Himalayan Pink Salt
Directions
Take 1 tbsp/6 grams and drop it into 8 fl. oz. of hot water. Add whatever you like and enjoy.
Similar to coffee, Mud/Wtr is best enjoyed with your favorite milk and sweetener. Add 1 tbsp to 3/4 cup hot water. Stir well with a frother, blender or spoon. Stir in 3/4 cup of your favorite hot milk and 1 tbsp of honey.
