PLACE BURRITO ON A SPRAY COATED BAKING SHEET AND COOK FOR 30 MINUTES. FLIP HALFWAY THROUGH COOKING. MICROWAVE OVEN (1000 WATT): PLACE ON A MICROWAVE-SAFE PLATE. COOK ON HIGH FOR 60 SECONDS PER SIDE.
