Directions
Cooking Instructions: Skillet: Heat-up butter or olive oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Add gnocchi, cook, stirring frequently until pasta are golden brown or internal termperature reaches 165 F. Stovetop: Place gnocchi in a pot of lightly salted boiling water and stir gently. Allow gnocchi to cook for approximately 2-3 minutes or until they float to the surface of the water. Drain. Toss gnocchi with your favourite sauce.
