COOK ONION AND PEPPERS IN 1 TABLESPOON OIL IN A LARGE NONSTICK SKILLET UNTIL TENDER. SET ASIDE ON PLATE. 2. IN THREE BATCHES, COOK CHICKEN OR STEAK UNTIL BROWN, ABOUT 5 MIN. DO NOT CROWD SKILLET. DRAIN OFF ANY EXCESS FAT. 3. COMBINE VEGETABLES, MEAT AND SIMMER SAUCE IN SKILLET AND HEAT THROUGH.
