STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS: PLACE FROZEN PEAS and JULIENNE CARROTS IN 1/4 CUP OF BOILING WATER FOR EVERY CUP OF VEGETABLES. BRING TO SECOND BOIL. REDUCE HEAT. COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL TENDER (4-6 MINUTES). DRAIN. SEASON TO TASTE AND SERVE. MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: PLACE FROZEN PEAS and JULIENNE CARROTS IN A COVERED MICROWAVE-SAFE DISH. ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF WATER. MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 3-5 MINUTES, UNTIL TENDER. STIR AFTER FIRST 2 MINUTES. SEASON TO TASTE AND SERVE.
