DRAIN EDAMAME AND SERVE. MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS 1. PLACE FROZEN SPROUTS SHELLED EDAMAME IN A MICROWAVE SAFE DISH. 2. COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND COOK ON HIGH SETTING FOR 1 MINUTE. 3. ALLOW TO SIT FOR 1 MINUTE AFTER COOKING AND EAT.
