Directions
Cooking Instructions:SAUTe: Heat a saute pan on high heat. Add contents of the entire pan and saute for 7-10 minutes until the desired internal temperature is reached.OVEN: Preheat oven to 400 F. Remove lid on meal, place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the desired internal temperature is reached.Contents are RAW. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 F.
