Thaw: Cooking Instructions: Thaw product thoroughly prior to cooking. Slice into 1/2 inches thick patties and place in a skillet. Cook over medium-low heat for 10-13 minutes. Turn often, brown evenly. Sausage is cooked thoroughly when internal temperature reads 170 degrees F and no internal pink is visible.

Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or refrigerate.
